My fitness journey started when I was in high school. Back then, I had all the time in the world to chase my fitness goals.
As I started university and then full-time work, it was no longer easy to find the time. I began to sacrifice other areas of my life, but that approach quickly became unsustainable.
I started searching for ways to do more with less time. I was skeptical at first. I figured that I would see fewer results, but I was wrong!
By optimizing my approach to fitness, I am now in the best shape of my life and spend less time working towards those goals than I ever have. Now I want to share what I’ve learned with you.
